Soon after Brielle turned 16 months old, we headed back down to Bandon for another fun visit with Grammy...
...and Kelly...
...and the doggies, Rosie and Sophie!
Brielle loves going outside on the back deck with her bucket of toys, the doggies, and a gorgeous view of the lake.
During this trip she started grabbing our hands and guiding them to the door knob to let us know she wanted to go outside.
Another favorite activity - going up and down the stairs.
Brielle enjoyed many good meals, including vegan waffles. Here she is making her favorite sign ("more")...
During our second night of the visit, Mommy and Daddy left to enjoy a night alone at another beach. According to Grammy, Brielle was a "perfect" girl while we were away.
Kraig and I drove down the coast to Port Orford, where we visited the Cape Blanco lighthouse and enjoyed some stunning views.
Here's the view from our hotel room. It reminded us a little of being in Santorini and seeing the view of the caldera from a cliff right outside of our room.
I was very excited to finally go to "Agate Beach". Unfortunately, we didn't locate a single agate.
But it was a beautiful day and we had the beach almost all to ourselves.
When we returned to Grammy's, Brielle excitedly called out to us and ran up to give us hugs. We missed her too.
Thank you, Grammy and Kelly, for another amazing visit!
