What a fun week! Brielle enjoyed another fun visit from Grammy Barbara and Kelly while Mommy and Daddy took a short trip to Vegas. We appreciated the opportunity to have some "adult time", but of course we talked about our little girl A LOT. Meanwhile, Brielle showed Grammy and Kelly how to play ball.

Once Mommy and Daddy returned home, we enjoyed playing with Brielle. She rediscovered a pretty, fun outfit from "Auntie" Monica and "Cousin" Mia.

Now, that's a happy girl...

Finally, last weekend we brought Brielle to the Enchanted Forest, an amusement park near Salem. She had a fantastic time. The environment was beautiful, set along the side of a hill in the forest. There were nursery-rhyme themed structures along the nature walk and nice structures with different whimsical themes.

And there were rides! Brielle loves slides, so the big shoe slide was a hit.

Brielle also loved captaining her own boat.
And Mommy and Daddy were very impressed that Brielle rode the "big kid" roller coaster twice, saying "wee!" and "faster!". She's a brave little girl.
Back at home, Brielle constantly sets up new physical challenges for herself. She loves jumping from high areas or over a bunch of toys. And she finds new ways to create new ways to play, including putting her "tunnel" on her slide.
Her physical abilities continue to amaze us. The staff at her daycare say that she's the fastest runner in her group, and we're not surprised. We love her ability to challenge herself and find fun activities.
