On the 14th, Ronan turned 2 1/2! He just gets better and better all the time. He's really happy and loving, and he's growing up in so many ways. He loves books and is able to "read" his favorites (by memory) and points out the letters in the words. He's adventurous and wants to do anything Brielle does. He copies her Taekwondo moves and gets upset that he can't go to class with us. Ronan loves singing and dances around with a huge smile whenever he hears any bit of music. He's on his way to being potty trained and is very proud when he "goes"..."I did it!" He's still very good about cleaning up and always wants to help out. Here's a photo I took of him helping me with the laundry.
Last weekend, we also enjoyed a visit from Grammy and Kelly! Like Brielle, Ronan immediately bonded with them and was so excited about their time together. Especially since she made them their favorite banana bread...
We had a fun weekend of play. Kelly also helped with tasks around the house, and Grammy watched the kids so Mommy and Daddy could have a little time together away from the house.

Ronan was also shy about saying "good bye" when it was time for them to leave. He didn't want to do it when they walked out the front door. But it quickly became apparent that he was very emotional about them leaving when he cried to give Grammy a hug and kiss after we closed the door. We brought him outside so he could show Grammy how much he loves her.
