Halloween is so fun here! Not only are there school activities to extend the fun, but the weather is fantastic. No more getting rained on and walking through cold puddles.
The first event was the fourth grade "Idiom Parade" at the school. Can you guess what Brielle's costume was representing?
The night before Halloween was "Trunk-or-Treat", where parents decorate cars and hand out candy to hundreds of kids. It was their first chance to show off their costumes. Ronan went as Calvin from Calvin & Hobbes. Brielle recycled her tiger costume from last year, but added wings to become a "Calamonian Tiger". Calamonia is a fictional world and language that she created. The tigers there can fly.

Somehow I managed to save carving the Brielle and Ronan pumpkins until the last minute (Halloween day). It was too rushed, but here are the results. This year I think the Brielle one looks more like her than Ronan's looks like Ronan. It was fun, though.
