For Brielle's third Christmas celebration, she enjoyed a visit from Grandma Pat and Grandma Sue from San Francisco. Uncle Kevin, Aunt Anoosh, and Cousin Sylvia stayed in town to overlap with the grandmas.
Brielle had met the grandmas before, so it didn't take her long to warm up to them...
...and to dance...
We were spoiled by yet another round of gift-opening.
Brielle really enjoyed all these visits. She was energized by all the attention and new people to look at. She seemed inspired to improve her ability to stand on her own (about 30 seconds) and began to babble like crazy.
Later we joined our good friends, Monica and Mia, via phone from Florida to open gifts from each other. Brielle gave them a Brielle calendar, and they gave her a selection of toys that Mia loved as a baby (she's now 10).
Brielle approved!
At the end of our visit, we unexpectedly got 6 inches of snow in our yard! Anoosh and Sylvia stepped outside quickly so Sylvia could experience it for the first time.
Luckily, everyone got to the airport okay.
