A couple weeks after visiting Brielle for her birthday, Grandma Pat returned for another visit. I enjoyed showing her a fabulous display of her favorite flower at the Wooden Shoe Tulip Festival south of Portland.
It was a beautiful day to enjoy acres of tulips. Here are some of my favorite shots. Brielle didn't come with us, but don't worry - there are some Brielle shots at the end.
At the back of the field, there was a gorgeous forest of hazelnut trees.
Pat bought several bunches of cut tulips so we could continue to enjoy the colorful blooms at home.
Brielle remembered Grandma and had a great time hanging out with her.
Grandma Pat enjoyed many little hugs.
