I've been trying to catch Ronan's smile for the last week. He usually smiles when he first sees one of us, like the first time he hears Daddy's voice in the morning or sees his face.
He's also crazy about Brielle. When he hears her voice he twists all around to try to get a glimpse of her.
She's been helping him play with his toys.
His favorite toy is a mirror. He loves looking at himself.
Ronan also consistently smiles when he's outside looking at the trees and sky.
On Labor Day we enjoyed a vegan BBQ in the backyard.
The tomatoes (that Brielle and I grew from seeds) are growing like crazy. There wasn't enough sun at our old house for tomatoes to make it, but hopefully these will turn red before it starts getting cool again.
Brielle still hasn't had her first haircut, other than Mommy cutting some bangs. Her hair is actually pretty long right now, but it's lifted up into these glorious ringlet curls. She now lets me play with her hair. Her favorite hair-do is pig-tails "like Jessie" (cowgirl from Toy Story).
