(Sorry - I'm a little behind...)
Two weeks ago, the kids enjoyed a fun visit from Grandma Pat!
We celebrated an early birthday celebration for Brielle with gifts from Grandma Pat, Grandma Sue, and Mom and Dad.
Brielle received a mermaid bath toy, a large Tinker Bell toy, a princess cape, art projects, hair accessories, and angel wings, among other things.
The weekend Grandma Pat visited, Brielle was invited to Pump It Up to celebrate the 4-year birthday of her best friend from school, Eugene. Mommy and Brielle dressed up with matching hair-dos.
Pump It Up is one of Brielle's favorite places to play, with large inflatable slides and bouncy houses.
She loved going down the slides with Eugene.
Grandma Pat enjoyed watching the kids have fun. Ronan was dressed up for the occasion.
The only downside of the party for Brielle was the appearance of Mickey Mouse. She apparently does NOT like character costumes, or at least not ones that have a fake head. Ronan was pretty amused by Mickey (although in this photo he was starting to get tired).
The slides were too steep for the little guy, but we tried to give him some smaller sliding experiences.

Brielle gave Eugene angel wings just like she got for her birthday. She seemed to love them.
We brought some soy cheese pizza and vegan cupcakes so Brielle could eat vegan food but still fit in. She didn't seem to notice. You put a cupcake in front of her and she's happy.
Thank you for a wonderful visit, Grandma Pat! You made the kids very happy.
