Our next Christmas celebration was with Granddad Scott, Uncle Kevin, Aunt Anoosh, and Cousins Sylvia and Tavio.

Prior to the holiday festivities, we had plenty of time to play around the house. We went outside just a little bit because it was cold and several of us had colds, unfortunately. Uncle Kevin started the ball rolling with spinning his kids, leading to calls from all of them to "do it again!".
Uncle Kraig tried to out-do Kevin's efforts by swinging two kids at once! Of course our little ones are a little lighter than his at this point.
Inside, the kids kept Granddad busy.
With kids now, it's gotten very difficult for Granddad and me to play our traditional rounds of Cribbage, but we managed to fit a couple in.

And one of us was crowned the current Cribbage champion.

Even though they spent and entire week together and the three bigger cousins even slept in the same room, they got along wonderfully.

Brielle and Sylvia were old enough to play together independently a lot of the time. But we also witnessed a really sweet connection between Sylvia and Ronan.

In the evening the adults enjoyed watching a "cousin dance party", with a dance floor, large mirror, jukebox music, and disco ball lights.

But what about Christmas?!
Santa was gracious enough to fill the kids' stockings a day early, since none of the grandparents were going to be here on Christmas morning. The kids woke up early but were very patient to wait for the adults to grab their cameras and videorecorders before heading downstairs to open their stockings.
The gift-opening photos are self-explanatory, as well as the sometimes humorous attempts to get a good shot of all four cousins in front of the Christmas tree.
We also Skyped to say "Merry Christmas" to family members who weren't here with us.
For Christmas Eve, we made our "traditional" Tofurky dinner. With this large group, we had a kid table and an adult (plus baby) table.
Ronan got his first taste of candy cane (or any kind of candy).

Finally...time to wind down...
