This weekend, the weather was looking good, so we took a family trip to the zoo! We think this was the first time that Ronan has actually gone. Kraig has taken Brielle a couple of times since Ronan was born, but it's been difficult to get Ronan out on a several-hour outing because he takes a nap right in the middle of the day. He ended up falling asleep in his stroller at the end of the outing, but before then he had a great time.
Seeing real animals was exciting, but they both also loved climbing up on the animal statues.
The most exciting part of the trip was seeing the lion family play. We didn't think that we've ever actually seen a full lion family with young ones playing with each other.
