We had a great Mother's Day. But first, some other fun recent pictures...
Probably like all young kids, Brielle loves helping with the laundry. She can hear the "beep" indicating the cycle is done from really far away. She yells out, "Oh no! Your laundry's done!" and runs to the laundry room.

Her favorite part is "getting cozy" in the warm, clean laundry.

In the last blog entry, Daddy shared photos of Brielle's fun visit to the air museum. While there, he bought her a surprise - a "rocket" that she can launch at home! It's a soft foam rocket that gets shot off by stomping on an air-filled pedal.
She LOVED it! She tried it over and over, calling out "3...2...1...blast-off!"

When she finally let Daddy have a turn, he was able to launch it really high.
On Mother's Day, Daddy woke up to take care of Brielle and let Mommy sleep in. When I came downstairs, Brielle gave me a card (that she actually signed!). Then I got to open a big gift - a new grill! Mommy and Daddy thought it would be fun to cook up tofu and veggies at home outside in the nice weather. We tried it out tonight, and the food was delicious.
Mommy is now 7 months pregnant and getting really big. Brielle continues to be really sweet to the baby. Today she spent a long time taking care of a little baby doll, even asking Mommy to hold the doll. Earlier on, she would get a little upset when she saw Mommy with another baby or baby doll, but lately she seems to be more accepting of the idea that it's okay for Mommy to be nice to a different baby. We'll see how it goes when she meets the real one...

Happy Mother's Day to all the Mommies we love!
